This website is a portfolio presenting architectural visualisation work. We keep data collection to the minimum required to run the site and to answer enquiries.

Enquiries. If you write to us, we process your name, e-mail address, and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual negotiation (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).
Server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type, and time of each request for security and stability. These logs are deleted after 30 days.
Cookies. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only local browser storage is used, to remember your light/dark preference and layout state on your own device.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page is opened. No font-related cookies are set. Legal basis: legitimate interest in consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is accessible only to us and to our hosting and e-mail providers acting as processors. Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the project and for the statutory record-keeping period.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@orbvisual.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
This site links to Instagram. Once you follow such a link, that provider's own privacy policy applies; we have no control over their processing.
